These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and iDompey ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the iDompey online gaming platform accessible at https://idompey.cam and all associated services, features, content, and software (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

iDompey operates under international online gaming licensing from recognised offshore regulatory jurisdictions. These Terms are intended to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on iDompey, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. iDompey strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform. This requirement exceeds the 18-year minimum applied in some jurisdictions and reflects the elevated age threshold commonly adopted by internationally licensed casino operators for markets including Malaysia.
• You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, where accessing the Platform is explicitly illegal, or where iDompey has determined it does not accept registrations.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of iDompey or any of its affiliated software or payment service providers.
• You must not hold an existing Account with iDompey. Only one Account per individual is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same person will result in suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To use real-money Services, you are required to register an Account on the Platform by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate.

iDompey conducts mandatory KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or driver's licence);
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document confirming your residential address (dated within three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds;
• Any additional documentation that iDompey's compliance team reasonably requests to satisfy anti-money-laundering obligations.

All Account credentials, including your username and password, are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. iDompey will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that:

• All gambling activities carry an inherent risk of financial loss. iDompey does not guarantee any outcome, return, or profit from any wager placed on the Platform.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While iDompey invests significantly in platform stability and uptime (targeting 99.97% availability), the Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your device, network connection, and browser are compatible with the Platform. iDompey is not liable for losses arising from connection failures on the Player's end.
• Game results on iDompey are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. No strategy, system, or pattern of play can guarantee a predictable outcome in RNG-governed games.
• You consent to the Platform's use of cookies and session tracking technologies as described in the Privacy Policy.

iDompey supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, and FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks). Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are also supported in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• Processing time: Deposits are typically credited within two minutes. Withdrawals via DuitNow and e-wallets are generally processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Fees: iDompey does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond iDompey's control.
• Currency: Player Accounts are maintained in MYR. Cryptocurrency amounts are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. iDompey reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending compliance review.

iDompey offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any bonus-specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have met all KYC and verification requirements.
• Each bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type (examples: 288% Magnificent — 35x; 100% Standard — 10x; 188% Esports — 18x; 2% Crypto Deposit — 5x).
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time; bonus funds remain subject to wagering requirements until fully met.
• A minimum deposit of RM 50 is required to activate most deposit-match bonuses unless otherwise stated.
• iDompey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any change will not affect bonuses already in progress.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to use of multiple accounts, exploitation of system errors, or collusion, constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 10 and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

Each game offered on the iDompey Platform is governed by individual game rules provided at the point of play. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the specific game rules expressly state otherwise.

iDompey uses certified third-party RNG systems to govern the outcomes of all slot, table, and virtual games. The RNG is independently tested and audited to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game cycles and do not represent guaranteed returns for individual sessions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game result error, or communication failure that results in an incorrect or void game outcome, iDompey reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the stake. Winnings attributable to a technical error will not be paid. iDompey's decision on any disputed game outcome is final.

iDompey is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time alerts, and cool-off periods directly from their Account settings. A voluntary self-exclusion option is available to any Player who wishes to restrict access to their Account for a defined period or permanently.

iDompey enforces its minimum age requirement of 21 years strictly. Any account found to belong to an underage Player will be immediately closed, deposits returned (net of any winnings from underage play), and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iDompey Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (whether under your own name, an alias, or through a third party);
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured game settings to generate illegitimate winnings;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in ways not expressly permitted;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other Players.

All content on the iDompey Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, platform design, user interface elements, game graphics licensed from third-party providers, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of iDompey or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of iDompey.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iDompey and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activities conducted on the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services;
• Any unauthorised access to, or alteration of, your Account or personal data (except where caused by iDompey's own negligence);
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content or game information.

iDompey's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

iDompey reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct in connection with the Account or the Platform;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request;
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation that necessitates restriction of the Account;
• At the Player's own request for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC. iDompey is not obligated to return funds where termination results from prohibited conduct or fraudulent activity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iDompey is incorporated and licensed, to the extent that such laws do not conflict with applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the Player's jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in iDompey's place of incorporation, unless local mandatory law requires otherwise.

iDompey makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available in any particular jurisdiction. Players access the Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

iDompey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address associated with the Player's Account. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if desired, submit a request for Account closure.
